Smt. Sreelekshmi learnt her yoga from a prestigious S-VYASA University, Bangalore and she is well connected with faculty members of this University.  She has successfully applied her learnings from S-VYASA in her current role as an Assistant Professor in Adi Sankara Institute of Engineering and Technology, Kalady, Kerala.  Here she is instrumental in setting up and successfully launching Yoga academy and this has benefitted scores of people.  Now Smt. Sreelekshmi wants to share her expertise with the wider global community by setting up her digital yoga school.  I wish her all the success mission to spread the message of yoga to the wider community.

For the past 7 months I have been taking private classes via zoom with Sreeleksmi from My Yoga Culture studio.I am very impressed with her teaching.She is very focused, calm & centered. It's been 8 months since I joined  I TO WE YOGA   sessions. Although I am physically active and play badminton regularly, I was a reluctant starter as I was not into the habit of regular exercise. Placenta Previa  is actually a very common occurrence for many women in early pregnancy. In my case placenta position has lowered by the way as the uterus grows and the pregnancy progresses!Under a strict yoga practitioner,  it is possible to overcome placenta previa back to normal position.After doing certain specific postures and pranayama under the guidance of Sreelekshmi Ma'am i personally experienced the miracle behind the benefits of yoga hence it was  rectified after doing this and eventually its a  Normal delivery ."Yoga is so very versatile and can be made safe for all". Thanks to Ma'am for the proper guidance and support
